Diagnostic hearing test and written report. Ideal for those in regular noise needing to monitor their hearing, or who have been referred for a hearing test by another medical professional.

£50 / Allow 60 minutes.

A meticulous, interactive and holistic multi-point hearing consultation, including extended diagnostic audiometry, clinical tests and live assessment in our immersive assessment suite. The goal is to explore and understand your prescription and hearing situation to a fine level and discover how we can ensure you will hear as well as possible and enjoy using your bespoke hearing solution as much as you possibly can.

£75 (Included with a hearing solution) / Allow 1.5 to 2hrs.

Trained in a variety of wax removal techniques and using state of the art equipment, our registered hearing care specialist will assess your wax and employ the most comfortable and effective methods to relieve your blockage. Typically booked a week in advance, our team will guide you on preparation to soften your wax prior to your appointment.

£70 / Allow 45 minutes.

• Video otoscopy (before and after imaging)

• Microsuction, irrigation and instrumentation

A proactive step to help prevent your ears from spoiling your holiday or travel plans. Our experts will run through a series of checks to give your ears the once over and help ensure you are ready for your adventures. Please book a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of travelling.

£45 / Allow 40 minutes.

A deep clean, check and service of your hearing aids at our onsite service lab utilising specialist servicing equipment. Hearing instruments will only perform as intended when correctly maintained, which goes beyond simply changing tubing and filters. A spa treatment for all types of hearing instruments, enjoy a drink whilst you watch our technician treat your hearing aids to our 11 point check. No appointment needed, includes consumable parts.

£30 for 2 / £20 for 1.  

To repair a more seriously damaged or broken hearing aid we work with the best hearing technology labs to fix the widest range of hearing aids possible. 

Starts at £99 depending on type and requirement.

You have a private hearing solution already and want to optimise its performance. This service includes full Optimal Hearing assessment, onsite service and multi-point objective and subjective fitting and programming to deliver the best performance and experience from what you already have. Includes refitting appointment, two follow up appointments, full tuition and instruction to you and anybody attending appointments.
