Optimal Hearing Assessment: A meticulous, interactive and holistic multi-point hearing consultation to give a more thorough understanding of your hearing needs for improved hearing outcomes.
Hearing Aid Optimisation: We support you through initial setup, tuition and acclimatisation. Our programming builds on our detailed assessment and utilises objective and subjective fitting protocols, including best practice real ear measurements. With a fitting journey adapted for you, we take the time to fit your solution to our standards.
Expansive Range: As an independent clinic, we source and utilise premium hearing aids from a vast range of leading technologies, types and styles. From easy to use and fully automatic to customer adjustable with rechargeable, AI and connectivity options to best suit your needs. A charger is included with rechargeable options.
Bespoke Solutions: Every solution is chosen and ordered especially for you, normally fitted within a few days. We don’t fit or stock hearing solutions bought in bulk, nor outdated models which have been superceded.
Lifetime Aftercare: Enjoy ongoing support, reassessment and reprogramming as required, with a 6 monthly routine aftercare appointment and a hearing test at least every two years. We will keep you hearing as well as possible into the future.
Warranty 5 Years: Enjoy peace of mind with our comprehensive warranties on all our hearing aids.
Lifetime Servicing: Keep your hearing aids in optimal condition with specialist onsite servicing when you attend your regular aftercare appointments.
60 day return or exchange: We aim to get it right first time, but for complete flexibility should we need to change, or return a hearing solutions for a full refund.
Ear Health: A comprehensive service of unlimited Wax Removal and Travellers Checks are included on our flagship service package, so if you have frequent needs you know your ear health is covered.
